  I am very grateful to Kas Hollingsworth and Mr Tim Brown as they treated my tear troughs with fat grafting; Kas doesn’t like to use dermal fillers around the eyes and suggested fat grafting this area. It's been 3 months since my procedure and although I had some initial bruising, I feel great about this result and super pleased I chose this avenue. There are lots of opinions on the internet but I feel if you’re interested in this type of procedure then I would make an appointment and consult with these people directly. I can only speak volumes of Kas and Tim, my local gp referred me to this clinic and I’m pleased with the outcome.
